    These are starting prices/ Minimum price. Dump fee is 1 trip and under 500 pounds

    Hauling /1 man job

    starts at $200.00

    Price starts at $200.00 for 2 hours or less which includes 1 Dump fee. 

    2 man job includes dump fee

    starts at $200.00

    Price starts at $200.00 for 2 hours or less which includes 1 Dump fee. 

    Heavy hauling -over 500 pounds

    starts at $300.00

    Price starts at $300.00 for 2 hours or less which includes 2 trips to the Dump 

    Basic Handyman -All jobs must be quoted

    Free quotes for jobs within 20 miles of Ventura. $50.00 flat fee for jobs outside this radius.

    Set-up security camera system or smart home system

    starts at $200.00

    Note: Most systems require a cell phone App, high speed internet with compatible router & modem

    Power washing

    starts at $250.00

    This for 4 hours and includes the chemicals or cleaners

    Garage or Storage unit clean out/organizing

    Price starts at $200.00 for 1 man, 2 hours or less which includes 1 Dump fee. 

    Small jobs like assemble a bookcase, replace a faucet, change a door knob,

    OIL AND LUBE SERVICE 

    Our oil change service starts at $100.00. This price includes labor, an oil filter, up to 4.5 quarts of conventional oil, and a comprehensive vehicle inspection. Synthetic and high-mileage oil options are available at an additional cost.

Any defect or failure of parts or materials used in the project shall be the sole responsibility of the Homeowner. Site Conditions The scope of work and pricing for this contract are based on conversations and any walkthroughs completed by the Handyman and Homeowner. Handyman has taken reasonable measures to ensure that the scope of work and pricing represent the entire project requirements, but cannot guarantee a final price due to the possibility of unforeseen complication. In the event that unforeseen complications, including (but not limited to) mold, termites, structural damage, or building code violations are discovered after the project begins, the Handyman will cease work on the project and draft a change order listing any additionally required materials or labor. Homeowner agrees that any unforeseen complications may increase
